1. General Return Policy
We accept returns for certain products under specific conditions. Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of product or service purchased.
2. Event Bookings (Non-Refundable)
- All event reservations, bookings, and advance payments are generally non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled by the customer, no refund will be provided.
- If we cancel or postpone an event due to unavoidable reasons, customers may receive an alternative date or partial refund (as applicable).
3. Product Returns
Product returns are accepted only under these conditions:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Note: Certain items like customized decor products, personalized items, or perishable items are not eligible for returns.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after verifying the returned product.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–7 working days.
- Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the product is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Event bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
6. No Refund in These Cases
- Customer provides incorrect delivery address
- Failed delivery due to unavailability of customer
- Damage caused by customer after delivery
- Refund claimed after allowed time period
