- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom or personalized products may require additional preparation time.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 days
- Other Cities: 4–7 days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on courier service availability, weather, or unavoidable delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
- Free shipping may be available on promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your package directly using the courier's website.
6. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt again.
